Meet Michael
Michael brings over 17 years of hands-on woodworking experience to every project he takes on. Born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, his love for building began early—working on deck crews during high school summers with a local company. That early exposure to craftsmanship laid the foundation for a lifelong career rooted in quality, precision, and pride in a job well done.
After high school, Michael continued honing his skills during the winter months by helping a friend run a hardwood flooring company. This seasonal balance gave him valuable expertise across both indoor and outdoor woodwork, from fine flooring to full-scale deck builds.
Today, as the Co-Owner and Lead Craftsman at Juniper Woodworks, Michael is still the one out in the field—measuring twice, cutting once, and bringing each vision to life with the same work ethic and passion he started with years ago.

Juniper may be small, but she plays a big role around here. As the namesake of Juniper Woodworks, she reminds us daily why we do what we do. Whether she’s helping organize tools (aka rearranging everything) or brightening up the workday with her giggles and curiosity, she keeps our team grounded in what matters most—family, craftsmanship, and building something meaningful for the next generation.

Meet Marcy
Marcy’s roots in hard work and hands-on projects run deep. Born and raised in Old Town Littleton, she spent much of her early life landscaping alongside her dad—learning the value of attention to detail and the satisfaction of creating something from the ground up.
After high school, Marcy stepped into the world of sales, where she quickly found her stride in customer relations and communication. Over time, that path evolved into project management, where she’s spent the last five years ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations align seamlessly.
Marcy also played a key role in helping operate a hardwood flooring company—an experience that introduced her to the world of woodworking and sparked a lasting passion for the trade. Now, as Co-Owner and Project Coordinator of Juniper Woodworks, she blends her background in organization and customer care with a genuine love for craftsmanship. She’s the one making sure your project runs smoothly from start to finish—with heart, hustle, and a personal touch.

Dynamite brings the energy—and the occasional nap—to both the office and the job site. Loyal, friendly, and always ready to inspect a delivery or chase a squirrel, he’s the heartbeat of our crew. If you ever see him on-site, expect tail wags and top-tier morale support.
