These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Juniper Woodworks LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting a quote, signing a contract, or allowing work to begin, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scheduling & Order of Service
Juniper Woodworks LLC operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a quote is approved and the required deposit is received, projects are scheduled accordingly.
While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled timelines, dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or changes requested by the Client.

Client communication is essential. Any changes to the Client’s schedule must be communicated as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in delays or rescheduling.

2. Business Hours
Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
We do not work weekends, major holidays, or after-hours unless prior written authorization is provided. All project timelines and pricing are based on these hours.

3. Quotes, Deposits & Payments
-
All quotes are valid for a limited time as stated on the proposal.
